This crisis support platform is committed to protecting your health information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
We may use your health information to provide, coordinate, or manage your mental health care and crisis support. This includes sharing information with mental health providers, crisis counselors, and emergency services when necessary.
When you experience a mental health crisis, we may share your information with your designated trusted contacts, family members (with your consent), and healthcare providers to ensure your safety.

BHCP Community provides public behavioral-health education, supportive tools, and resource navigation without requiring a professional BHCP account.
Using BHCP Community does not require visitors to provide a name, email address, telephone number, diagnosis, or behavioral-health history simply to access public Community resources.
BHCP Community does not create a personal behavioral-health profile based solely on the support pathways, educational topics, grounding tools, countries, or public resources a visitor chooses to view.
BHCP Community may store limited preferences locally on a visitor's device when necessary to preserve features such as selected language or Use Less Data settings. These preferences are stored in the visitor's browser, not in a BHCP backend database, and are used to improve continuity of the visitor's Community experience.
Information voluntarily submitted through an optional contact or support-information request is separate from anonymous use of BHCP Community. Submitting such information is not required to access free Community resources. The optional form is not an emergency or crisis-monitoring service.
BHCP Community may provide links to independent government agencies, public-health organizations, healthcare organizations, and other external resources. External organizations operate under their own privacy practices, terms, availability, and service policies. BHCP Community does not control the privacy practices or operations of external organizations.
BHCP Community does not create a personal behavioral-health resource history simply because an anonymous visitor selects a country, views a resource category, or opens a public resource through the Community directory.
BHCP Community is designed so that young visitors can access general educational and supportive resources without being required to disclose personal behavioral-health histories through the public Community pathways. BHCP Community does not use its public youth pathways as private therapy, clinical intake, or crisis-monitoring services.
BHCP Community is not an emergency service and does not continuously monitor Community activity for emergencies. Visitors who believe they or another person may be in immediate danger should use the appropriate emergency or crisis resources available for their location.
